Laboratory of Micro and Nano RF MEMS Technology
The lab is led by Professor DONG Shurong, doctoral supervisor, chief scientist of special-purpose projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and senior member of IEEE. Committed to the R & D and application of advanced RF MEMS chips and wireless systems, the team undertakes the tasks of addressing major national strategic needs and the key bottleneck technologies. Currently it is hosting a number of RF MEMS application projects, e.g. the key special-purpose projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the key industrialization projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the key R & D projects of Zhejiang Province.
II. Application Requirements
1. Have a PhD degree awarded within the last three years, under 35 years old (under 40 years old for foreign residents);
2. Majors in integrated circuits, microelectronics, materials, physics, electronic science and technology, etc.
3. Good sense of teamwork and the ability to work independently;
4. Priorities will be given to the applicants in interdisciplinary research or with outstanding research results.
