I. Introduction

ZJU-Hangzhou Global Scientific and Technological Innovation Center --Micro-Nano Industrial Technology Transfer Center--Individualized Tumor Therapeutic Drug Nano Formulation Technology R&D Team. Professor CHEN Shuqing from Zhejiang University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, head of the team, is Director of International Center for Precision Medicine at Zhejiang --California International NanoSystems Institute, Executive Director of Zhejiang University Novel Protein-based Biologics Science and Technology Consortium and Director of Zhejiang University Precision Medicine and Biotechnology Drug Research Laboratory. The team is mainly engaged in individualized medicine and tumor precision immunotherapy research.

II. Job description

1. To ensure the smooth operation of laboratory equipment and daily research, and to assist in supervising the research of graduate students;

2. To be responsible for the retrieval, query, summary and review of literature related to formulation and the development of complete experimental protocols;

3. To carry out research on laboratory-related topics, write test records, summarize experimental progress, write papers and publish high-level papers;

4. To assist in the application and implementation of major projects;

5. To carry out research on the small-trial prescription and process of nano formulations and assist in the completion of the pilot-scale production of formulations.

III. Application requirements

(1) Have a PhD degree awarded within the last three years, and under 35 years old (under 40 years old for foreign applicants);

(2) Graduated from top universities or research institutes at home and abroad with a PhD degree in polymer chemistry, pharmacology, medicine or molecular biology of tumors; priorities will be given to the applicants with background in nanomedicine, organic and polymer synthesis, and the applicants with experience in high-end formulations such as polymer micelles, liposomes, nanoparticles or hydrogels;

(3) Good research training, with more than 1 SCI paper published as first author in top journals of related disciplines.

(4) Strong English reading, speaking and writing skills, and capacity of completing project independently.

(5) Work in a conscientious and responsible manner, be honest, trustworthy and motivated, passionate about research, and teamwork-oriented.
