徐杨教授博导、IEEE Distinguished Lecturer,浙江大学微纳电子学院教授、信息与电子工程学院教授,Professor of ZJU-UIUC Joint Institute, 英国剑桥大学丘吉尔学院学者(Churchill College,University of Cambridge),UCLA访问教授,浙江省杰青基金获得者,浙江省自然科学重点基金负责人,浙江大学微纳电子学院院长助理,浙大科创中心超视觉芯片技术团队负责人,美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校(UIUC)电子工程系博士,清华大学电子工程系微电子学与固体电子学学士。IEEE Senior Member of Electron Devices Society、中国电子学会青年科学家俱乐部成员。担任 Sensors期刊客座编辑、Nanotechonlogy期刊客座编辑,物理化学学报客座编辑。


教学与服务工作
