个人简介：
洪小东博士，2014年本科毕业于同济大学，2019年博士毕业于浙江大学（化学工程与烯烃聚合课题组），导师廖祖维教授，2018年-2019年期间，在威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校Prof. Christos T. Maravelias课题组访学8个月，博士毕业后前往新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究，主要合作导师Prof. Iftekhar A. Karimi。2021年9月入选浙江大学杭州国际科创中心“科创百人”人才计划。
科研成果：
近五年，在国际国内期刊发布高水平论文20余篇，主持国家/浙江省/杭州市自然科学基金青年基金项目各1项，负责国自然联合基金重点项目子课题1项，主持中石化等企业横向6项，以核心成员参与工信部重点项目1项；以第一发明人获授权发明专利3项；相关集成优化技术获中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步一等奖（6/15）。
