Dr. Muhammad Yousaf is an academic with 8 years research/teaching experience in the field of development of rechargeable batteries for future energy storage. He completed his M.Phil. degree in Solid State Physics from the University of Punjab, Pakistan in 2013 and earned his Ph.D. degree in Advanced Materials and Mechanics from PKU, China in 2019. Then I worked as a Postdoctorate and subgroup leader for the development of lithium and sodium-based batteries at Peking University (2019-2021). Currently, he is working as a Principal Investigator at ZJU-Hangzhou Global Scientific and Technological Innovation Center, Zhejiang University, where he is engaged in various projects for the development of rechargeable batteries. He authored 50 articles in highly prestigious journals Materials Today, Energy & Environmental Science, Advanced Materials, Advanced Energy Materials, Science Bulletin, etc. In addition, he has been awarded several funding and honorary awards including the National Natural Science Foundation China, the Youth Talent Excellence Program of Zhejiang University, the International Postdoctoral Exchange Fellowship Program (Talent-Introduction Program), the Peking University Excellent International Student’s Academic Award, etc.
