个人简介:

徐月暑,浙江大学杭州国际科创中心“科创百人计划”研究员,兼任浙江大学光电科学与工程学院研究员。研究方向是计算光学成像与超精密检测技术,致力于运用超分辨成像、计算成像等手段,解决集成电路量检测领域中的关键科学问题。近年来发表高水平期刊论文30余篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者身份发表15篇,申请国家发明专利20余项,其中已授权11项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家重点研发计划课题、浙江省自然科学基金探索项目、博士后基金面上项目等项目6项。创办杭州艾视睿光电科技有限公司,获高层次人才创业创新“5213”计划。
