个人简介:
邓天琪,求是科创学者(“科创百人计划”研究员)。邓天琪博士2011年毕业于中国科学技术大学物理学院,2016年毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学(NTU)材料科学与工程学院并获得博士学位。随后分别在新加坡南洋理工大学及新加坡科技研究局(A*STAR)高性能计算研究院(IHPC)展开博士后研究。2021年获浙江省海外高层次人才计划支持,加入浙江大学杭州国际科创中心。
研究与成果:
长期致力于半导体材料电子结构、电子-声子动力学研究,及其相应的以电子-声子-缺陷相互作用为主导的物理化学性质,开发了EPIC STAR等软件,以计算模拟为手段,开展材料设计与优化。发表SCI论文十余篇,其中第一作者7篇,发表于<J. Phys. Chem. Lett.>、 <Phys. Rev. B>、 <Materials Horizons>、 <npj Computational Materials>、 <Advanced Materials>、 <J. Mater. Chem. A>等国际知名专业期刊。
