个人简介

路晓飞博士,浙江大学杭州国际科创中心研究员,2019年获浙江大学化工学院工学博士学位,期间于2016-2018年在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校联合培养。2019-2023年前往日本东京大学从事项目特聘研究员工作,2023年入职浙江大学杭州国际科创中心。致力于多孔膜结构设计与可控合成、新型催化系统开发、痕量杂质脱除、高纯电子化学品制备等方向的研究,参与主持国家级科研攻关项目(如日本国际共同研究加速基金、日本原子力研究机构重点项目等)、校企合作(丰田、日本触媒及旭化成等公司)横向科研攻关项目等5项。共发表论文25余篇,其中以一作/通讯作者(含共同)在J. Am. Chem. Soc.Chem Catal.Adv. Funct. Mater.ACS Catal.等期刊发表16篇,授权中国发明专利2项。

 

研究成果:

1.     围绕CO2转化,设计(电/热)催化剂微观结构、反应器构型实现CO(2)高效、选择性转化。

2.     开发制备低介电常数、高度取向的全硅型分子筛薄膜的新方法,有望应用于半导体工业解决由于特征尺寸降低所带来的信号容阻(RC)延迟、串扰以及能耗等问题。

3.     构筑孔道有序化和表面性质可调变的分子筛薄膜,实现同质分子(有机物/水共沸体系)的选择性分离。
